Provider agrees not to intentionally pressure or mislead FixFlowIQ customers into unnecessary repairs, maintenance, services, or upsells that are not reasonably needed for the vehicle's condition or safety.
Transparent Diagnostic & Service Pricing
Provider agrees to clearly explain diagnostic fees, labor charges, and recommended services in straightforward and understandable language so customers understand what they are being charged for before authorizing repairs whenever reasonably possible.
Fair & Accurate Estimates
Provider agrees to make reasonable efforts to provide accurate repair estimates and communicate any significant pricing changes or additional repair needs to the customer for approval before proceeding with additional work.
Professional Customer Communication
Provider agrees to communicate respectfully and professionally with customers and make reasonable efforts to explain vehicle issues, repairs, and recommendations in a manner understandable to the average customer.
Repair Transparency
When reasonably possible and upon customer request, Provider agrees to provide visual evidence, explanations, or access to replaced/damaged parts related to recommended repairs or completed services.
Service Readiness & Timeliness
Provider agrees to maintain reasonable staffing, scheduling, and operational readiness to responsibly handle FixFlowIQ customer requests and communicate realistic repair timelines, delays, or scheduling limitations when applicable.
Quality Workmanship Standards
Provider agrees to perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and make reasonable efforts to properly diagnose and complete repairs to minimize repeat issues related to the original service performed.
